The Beginning/Stonewall Farm

I thought I'd start out by showing you the first recent quilt I made.  I made this in 2009 for my brother-in-law, Gordon.  It is a lap quilt from a Thimbleberries pattern called Campfire Throw.  The center panel is from the Stonewall Farm line by RJR Fabrics.  It is all done in flannel.  He lives in Iron Mountain, is semi-retired, and loves it...he says it keeps him nice and warm during those cold (and long) Michigan winters.

It turned out pretty good, for a beginner.
